We believe that orthodontic treatment is an investment in your health and well-being and offer several payment methods to help accommodate individual budgets. Our hope is to offer treatment to anyone seeking care.

Installments

We are pleased to offer an interest-free monthly installment plan via Ortho-Banc^® that comes directly from your checking account or major credit card: Visa^®, Mastercard^®, Discover^® or American Express^®. Payments may also be made online through our online communication system. American Express^® payments are not available online, but accepted at the office or over the phone.

Payment in Full

If you are able to pay for the course of treatment in full at its inception, we will extend a 3% bookkeeping courtesy.

Insurance / Flexible Spending Programs

Our practice understands that insurance is a contract between the patient and the insurance company, not between the doctor and insurance company. However, we will do everything possible to help our patients receive due benefits from their association or insurance carrier.

We are happy to provide patients with appropriate documentation and properly coded forms to help you get the maximum benefits. These forms are also helpful in maximizing flexible spending benefits.
