It’s time to tease your hair and break out your Ray Ban Wayfarers and leather jackets – it’s theme day again at Bronsky Orthodontics.
This month’s theme day is June 19 and if you haven’t guessed it yet, the theme is rock’n’roll.
This theme was such a big hit with patients last year, we’ve decided to bring it back. Although it’s unclear if the motive is based solely on its past popularity or for Dr. Mark Bronsky’s own entertainment.
Dr. Bronsky has always been a music fanatic, and he loved rock’n’roll even before Joan Jett sang about it. He’s been to hundreds of concerts, and he’s seen U2 multiple times. He’s a massive U2 and Rolling Stones fan.
“You could say that I love rock’n’roll just about as much as I love my patients,” says Dr. Bronsky, a TriBeCa orthdontist and founder of Bronsky Orthodontics.
His love for rock’n’roll is evident by the numerous black and white photos that cover our office walls, which feature the likes of The Beatles, the Stones and other iconic artists.
“Since music is such a big part of my life, I thought it would be neat to share that side of me through our office décor,” says Dr. Bronsky. “I think the parents of my patients may get my sense of nostalgia more than my patients, though. Not many kids are listening to The Beatles and U2 these days.”
Making orthodontic treatment enjoyable has remained an important aspect of our practice since we began. Theme days are a result of that ongoing effort.
For this month’s theme day, patients with appointments are encouraged to participate by donning their favorite rock attire. But you won’t be the only ones participating.
A dental assistant dressed as Madonna might check you in and Kid Rock may clean your teeth – who knows. And don’t think Dr. Bronsky is going to sit this one out. He will don a T-shirt that pays homage to one of his favorite bands. Which one? You’ll just have to wait and see, but we’ll give you a hint – won’t get no satisfaction from it!
Participating patients will receive valuable points for their reward cards. If you really wow us with your T-shirt, we just might feature a photo of you on our Facebook page.
We look forward to seeing you on the 19th. Until then, rock on!
